When you arrive for treatment we will escort you to a private admission/consulting room, any documents and formalities will be taken care of.  A member of staff will attend to your needs at all times, removing any stress from you.  Pre-operative risk assessments will establish that you are fully aware of all the facts and wish to proceed with the chosen surgery.  We will also ensure that you are, as much as we are able, fit to undergo the surgery and also be assured that you are able to have the anaesthetic proposed.

From the minute you arrive for surgery, till the minute you leave, our priority is you!
